Can't keep enough of them on the shelves.&lt;br /&gt;What a great thing that is. There are so many distractions in education&lt;br /&gt;these days and watching children's excitement over finding the right&lt;br /&gt;dog book is magical. Publishers are savvy about this, also. Encouraging&lt;br /&gt;John Grogan to write a children's version of his best selling book, &lt;em&gt;Marley and Me&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;was genius. What a hit! The illustrations are fabulous and the story is&lt;br /&gt;is hysterical. He has written several versions of &lt;em&gt;Marley &lt;/em&gt;books for young&lt;br /&gt;children and middle grade readers also. Anything that gets kids excited&lt;br /&gt;about reading is wonderful. Keep writing, Mr. Grogan and keep publishing&lt;br /&gt;great picture books, publishers! Our young readers need these appealing&lt;br /&gt;books to motivate them to read more.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This post is part of the &lt;a href="mailto:MAT@USC"&gt;MAT@USC&lt;/a&gt; Hope for the holiday's event.
